LIVETUTORIALS LEARNING LIBRARY
Science Foundations
Build selected physics, chemistry and biology foundations with original explanations, worked examples and practice answers.
Overview
Science learning combines clear definitions, models and checks against evidence. In a numerical problem, identify the quantity being measured and its unit. In chemistry, specify the particles being counted and the reaction relationship. In biology, state the inheritance model and its assumptions before predicting an outcome.
These introductory guides cover selected foundations rather than a complete examination syllabus. The physics pathway starts with units and dimensional consistency. The chemistry pathway connects mass, amount of substance and reaction ratios. The biology pathway explains an idealised one-gene inheritance model and the difference between expected probabilities and guaranteed outcomes.
Use a three-stage routine: explain the concept in your own words, follow a worked example while checking each step, then solve a practice question before revealing the answer. A correct final number is more useful when you can also explain why the unit, reference quantity or probability model is appropriate.
Official curriculum and textbook links are provided for further reading and topic context. The explanations and worked problems here are original LiveTutorials learning materials; they do not describe the contents of any paid course or claim to cover every topic in NEET or JEE.
